Class sessions will be spent evaluating, integrating, and supplementing the material presented in the readings.
There is at least one course leader for every paper section meeting to lead course discussions.

2. Based on the given topic, students who lead the discussions have to organize the course, search the literature to find the appropriate papers for other classmates, and lead the discussions. Every student is required to find an empirical article for every empirical studies section, and lead the discussion about the paper. The paper should be published in journals which are in the recommendation list of General Management Field of MOST. The readings should be announced one week before the date of discussion.
